Blueberry
Did you know?
Blueberries are harvested with a large comb known as a berry rake.
A wild berry, the blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus) is harvested in forests in Northern Europe and can even be found in French mountain areas. Its Canadian cousin, Vaccinium angustifolium, is commonly known as the lowbush blueberry.
For our recipes, we have selected a blueberry that grows wild in a protected area in Sweden.
