Elderflower

The common elder is a shrub that grows to 3–5m tall in Europe, Western Asia and certain parts of Africa. In late spring, the elder is covered with small creamy white flowers with a distinctive intoxicating scent.
These elderflowers then transform into red, blue or black berries that taste similar to blackberries or grapes.
