Guava is a round or oval tropical fruit with smooth skin that varies in colour from green to yellow. Its juicy and slighly acidic flesh can be yellow, pink or red depending on the variety. It often contains small hard seeds.
A fruit with a very pleasing flavour, it releases a delicate musky fragrance in the mouth.
